Worst jimmy johns ever. Ordered for lunch with a warning that it would take longer than expected. Did not expect it would take... over an hour and half. That wasn?t a big deal, the worst part was the hardest burnt bread ever. Bread hurt to bite into andcrumbled immediately. Tried to call all day for a better sandwich and the line was busy the entire time. Read more

I hyped up Jimmy John's to a friend who has never eaten there before. Stupid me, I have never been so embarrassed. Our bread was... ROCK hard, including my 5 year old son's bread. None of us could eat it. I had also asked the man taking my order what a certainingredient was since we have severe food allergies and all he said was, "it's hard to explain." So because he couldn't explainit and that ingredient was in most of the sandwiches, that took most of the sandwiches off the menu for us. The tables wereabsolutely disgusting, hadn't been cleaned, the only space where we could sit had employee's personal items spread all over --headphones, a stocking hat, candy, thermos jugs, etc. And the real kicker was when I showed the male employee our bread, hesaid, "Oh, we have soft bread, I guess that was cooked too long." If you had edible bread that a human being could bite andchew, why are we giving paying customers bread made from concrete?! Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this nasty place andI WILL and ALREADY AM warning others to stay away from this place. Read more

My sandwich didn't have anywhere close to what it was supposed to have on it. Literally only came with lettuce and tomato, no... meat. Read more

Ordered my sandwich online to be picked up walked in as was treated very rudely. Customer service is meant to be helpful towards... the customer and is the very first time I?ve been to a Jimmy John?s where the respect of the employees was very intolerable. The bread was very dry. The wrong chips were put in my bag , location was dirty in the bathroom and on the tables had leftoverson them Read more

Sandwich was good. Put together average. I believe it should be better. But the employees were rude as hell. Didn?t acknowledge... any customers. Just throwing sandwiches out. Cashier also seemed to be on something. She could barely talk?needs betteremployees Read more

Over that last several years I yelped this place a few times. Apparently the owners do not think that?s a reliable social media... outlet so my praises and eventual discontent were never considered worthy of a thanks or apologies. My praise was rooted in bothbrand approval and product quality. With emphasis on the staff and their contribution. My more recent singing of not praise, but disdain was largely based on not the sand which. These are typically pretty good and I can?t recall ever having one thatdisappointed. But the rude staff and their apparent unawareness or lack of concern about the customers and the localdemographic, that?s something that the franchise holder might think about. Playing pop music or classic rock or whatever thecorporate suits seems appropriate, that?s something I know a little bit about. I once was a systems designer for the mostrecognized sound and brand fine tuning company in the world. Dropping no names. Which doesn?t matter because they rebrandedagain around 2000 after they packed up HQ on the west coast and opened shop again on the east coast. Leaving myself back inSeattle to close those doors just prior to the rest of the department I worked in, reopened them in Raleigh. ?Nuff hints. Mypoint being playing music that?s both very non demographic pertinent as well as being exceedingly loud, so clientele can?tactually hear what the adolescents left to lock the doors at night consider to be acceptable. This coupled with actually sendinga customer off with the entire wrong order, that?s simply not going to fly. This location went from a solid 4 star complimentladen writing. To a 1. Being a Yelp Elite for 4 years isn?t some major credentials akin to the Michelin thing. Hell no. But it?sbetter than receiving a bad write up from any of the countless Yelpers who only wrote one or two reviews, and only did sobecause they felt they were sold or treated bad. Read more

Hit and miss with delivery. Sometimes fast, sometimes over 55 minutes. This is sad when you leave a tip and you?re not getting... your food ?Freaky Fast.? Freshness isn?t always great either. When calling to ask why it?s late, there?s only, ?We got busy, sorry.? And a hang up. Well, basically, very poor customer service. Wonder if management knows how bad service is?! Read more

Ordered online for delivery at work and paid with card, order total was around $22. The delivery was fast, but my order was... screwed up. Looked at my card info and there was a $42 charge from Jimmy Johns. When the delivery came the worker stood therefor 5 seconds while I was just finishing with a customer and set down the food and left without having me sign the receipt orgetting his tip. Looking at the break down of the money I realized that the driver had given himself a very generous tip of $20from MY card. Majority of experiences with this JJ's have left me feeling nothing short of sketchy, weird, and uncomfortable.Never ordering from there again and if I could give my experience a -5 stars I would!
