Bad experience after bad experience is finally enough for me to leave a review of a McDonald?s for some reason. They are... currently out of almost all drinks (all sodas, any shakes, no juices), but are still accepting orders for meals they cannotfulfill. This place has the requisite poorly mannered employees and rude customers, but that comes with the territory. Wouldrecommend just going hungry because you won?t be fed properly at this McDonald?s, no matter how long you wait nor how much youspend. Read more
Stopped in to grab dinner on the way home tonight. I ordered a cheeseburger and a small fry. No burger on the cheeseburger and... the fries were cold. Third time in a row that my order has been wrong or missing something. Read more
My husband and I came in on 9/25 for breakfast. We entered in the back door and noticed how dirty the restaurant was. We went to... the counter to order and waited a long time. We didn't know until afterwards that the counter was closed and kiosks were thereto place your order. A girl came out from the back and looked pretty mad. Husband placed order and we waited for the food. Aticket number was called, however, we were never given the receipt so husband checked and it was our order. No napkins, cream,sugar as the bin was empty. The manager here should be fired. No care whatsoever and it showed. At least the food was hot. Ididn't even want to sit there to eat because of the dirt all around us. Just awful. Read more
Food cooked hot n freshly made. Very delicious staff freat.this is one of my best McDonald's. Gammon rd is next best. My... least best is the one on park st. . burger was so delicious at Middleton location I had to get another one. Read more
I am here all the time. But my review from 8 months ago is no longer true. Orders are wrong, not sure how you miss the chicken... patty on a McChicken sandwich. Or how the order of a big Mac goes. Long wait for dine in. They didn't call our number so ourslushier was more liquid than slush. It is going down hill following remodel. Which is really nice! Wish the service still was. Read more
Horribly experience at this store and the people serving at this store. They don?t delivery the orders correct. Here is my... story, I ordered Egg McMuffin at this store with NO BACON on it and guess what I received. It?s a Bacon Egg McMuffin. HEADS-UPplease open what you have ordered at this store and check before you leave from this store. Daniel and Kristen claim to begeneral manager and manager of this store were absolutely in state of I DON?T CARE mind set. Not the best. Orange hi-c was just water tasting, and the burger was thrown together. I was trying to get their attention but... they just ignored me. Then threw the bag on the counter and said mobile order. I tried to get attention again and they all justignored me. Not great customer service. Read more
