Nice location and better than what I thought after reading other reviews. A bit hidden at Greenway Station. The specious... Noodles location is clean and bright. Plenty of parking too. We loved the Spicy Garlic stuffed pasta and the Pesto Cavatini. The Penne Rosa was as good as ever too! We will be coming back to this location. Be sure to get the Noodles app for periodicdeals only available in the app. In September (2022) every weekend get a free small pasta entree FREE when you buy a regularentree. We got the Pesto Cavatini regular entree for $7 and got the small garlic stuffed pasta free ($7.50 off). And its notthat small, it was a decent potion size. See pictures! Read more
EDIT: Received a full refund, which I appreciate, but the money and even the mistake wasn't the issue. To the store's credit the... GM Morgan made every effort to amend the situation. Kudos to them. Thanks. * I added two stars back for the follow up. Had anissue with an order and called the store. Jose the employee answered and once I told the issue responded with "OK, MOM" and hungup. Hate to be this person. Saw a long hair my pasta, pulled it out. Mistakes happen, I thought. And then I saw another one that was... small and ended up just throwing out the dish. Not going to ask for a new one, not going back to this location again. If it wassomeone else I would want them to do something so it wouldn?t happen to me. First time in Noodles in approximately 18 months. They have had several locations throughout the Madison area. Generally the... provide good food, obviously noodle/pasta based with a few salads offered too. My only complaint is that their menu hasn'treally changed much over the years. For me, there isn't one solid go to or must have fish, so I struggle with making a choice.As well, with the COVID precautions all the orders are basically treated as carryout with their packaging, although you candine-in and eat from the plastic container. One other criticism of pretty much all Noodles locations is that they are loud andeven when not full the sound really carries throughout the dining area. Read more
POOR service today. They refused to take our order in person and told us they were only accepting online orders. Tried placing... online and it wouldn?t load so she finally placed our order at the register. They literally stood there talking the entire timewe tried placing order. There is absolutely no reason for that. The manager then told her to start taking orders and removethe signs. They lost 4 customers after that, walked in and walked out because she still refused to take their order. Whenbusiness fails, this is why. Read more
