Website said 1040 for delivery . At 920 I get a call saying they are at my door. I said I will be 20 minutes. They call and ask... if I can pick up at store. No. They show up at 1030 with cold food and I say I won?t pay full price. Drivers says later boss andleaves with food. Driver was either high or drunk, he was out of it. Read more

My family and I ordered two pizza and wings with breadsticks. Tonight the delivery driver never rang our doorbell, the website... and text both say our for delivery still. After an hour of waiting when we finally happened to check to see if our food wasdelivered we found ants crawling on our food, broken apart pizza and dented boxes. The first time I called they person hung upimmediately. Upon calling the store a second time and having someone actually answer, whoever answered only wanted to give us a$40 store credit for an ordered that was more than $40. This was a waste of money as we threw the food out and had to orderedsomething else. Read more
Called at 4:30p with an $85 order for pickup at 6p. Arrived at 5:50p. Walked out at 6:20p with our order because they "got... busy." We planned ahead so we wouldn't have to wait and our party would start on time. Totally screwed up our plans. Hadn't beenback to this Hut in 6 months because they screwed up our last order. My order was messed up, and ultimately the food was disappointing. I remember pizza hut being really good as a kid, but as an... adult, having tried more types of pizza, pizza hut comes in behind most frozen pizzas available now-a-days. Some people maystill like it, but for the price and quality I am surprised the Hut is still in business. I can get a $5 pizza from the freezersection, have it ready in less time than ordering/delivery and be significantly more satisfied. I will probably never order fromhere again. Read more
