Super busy on a Sat. I think they are lacking help like most businesses. We didn't mind the 30 min wait for 3 drinks but we... ended up leaving without our egg bite order. We watched the new guy take them from the showcase to reheat them. Yikes!!Gross...we just walked out. I did feel bad for the employees. Oh, and the bathrooms we pretty scary. Great baristas however I had a small window of time to grab a much needed coffee and be on my way to the other side of... town. Everything was great until I picked up my drink and realized they made it wrong. Even after asking if they had oatmilktoday and having it printed on my drink order my latte was made with milk. Nita big deal if no dairy was just a preference andnot a dietary need due to allergies. As I was already on my way with no time to turn back I am now stuck with a drink I cannotenjoy.
