Super busy on a Sat. I think they are lacking help like most businesses. We didn't mind the 30 min wait for 3 drinks but we... ended up leaving without our egg bite order. We watched the new guy take them from the showcase to reheat them. Yikes!!Gross...we just walked out. I did feel bad for the employees. Oh, and the bathrooms we pretty scary. My hot chocolate took forever to make because Steve was being rude to other customers and causing distractions. I can tell that... no one likes working with him. Great baristas however I had a small window of time to grab a much needed coffee and be on my way to the other side of... town. Everything was great until I picked up my drink and realized they made it wrong. Even after asking if they had oatmilktoday and having it printed on my drink order my latte was made with milk. Nita big deal if no dairy was just a preference andnot a dietary need due to allergies. As I was already on my way with no time to turn back I am now stuck with a drink I cannotenjoy. It took them 38 min to make my latte. Would rather serve the drive-thru and Mobile orders vs making the drinks as they come in.... They had many people inside waiting just as long. Would not recommend. Read more
I am visiting Madison and went to this location to get my frappe and the order ahead had been turned off an hour and a half... before closing. The order process was hurried. The drink itself was very poorly made. Big chunks of ice, could barely taste anycoffee. They clearly wanted to get out of there and didn?t seem to care much for customer service. Unfortunate! Showed up half an hour after they were supposed to be open and two ladies stood and looked at us as we stood outside. Did not... come to tell us when they would open. My husband ended up calling to get their attention and they said they wouldn?t be openingfor another hour. It would have taken 2 min to come tell us at the door instead of making us stand in the drizzle. Poor customerservice all around. Read more
Absolutely the rudest customer service I understand being short staffed and understaffed and nobody has staff but to not... acknowledge somebody for six minutes and make them leave because you refuse to even make eye contact with the person is justrude. You could have just said I will be with you in a minute. I am running behind, but now I will not be making a return tothis location. Read more
