I was very disappointed when I went into the Starbucks this morning. The employees made fun of not only the customers coming... inside but also the drink orders. I understand words are words and people shouldn't get hurt by them, but you are a businessdealing with the public. Be kind, people have stories. Every time I come here I'll be the first standing in line and all the employees ignore me for a minute or two even though... there's 7 of them. They also do not prioritize the inside orders. I'd probably get my drink faster waiting in the long drivethru line. This has happed like 5 times and I find it rude they blatantly ignore you. terrible service. Read more
