This location has no consistent quality or sense or urgency to do anything. I went to the dentist this morning and it was... quicker getting my teeth cleaned than to get three tacos. I don't know what the issue is at this location but I'm going tosecond guess my options in the area now. Quicker to go across the street to taco hell and at least they don't mess orders up.Only come here if you want to pull your hair out from frustration. Read more
Not to be a Karen or anything, but i placed an online order an hour before they closed and when i showed up all the blinds were... closed and the doors were locked. After banging on the door for 5 minutes someone answered and I said why are you closed i havean online order. He had no excuse and told me to call customer support for a refund. During that time 4 other individuals (who iassume to be door dash drivers) were also all waiting to pick up an order. At least be decent person and save everyone thetrouble and either reject my online order or turn off the tablet. Get new workers and a new manager who cares. Read more
I wouldn't go back here even if they paid me. I placed an order online around 8 pm. They close at 9 pm. When I went to get my... food the girl hesitated to tell me they didn't have any chips. They ran out ofthem. ( they charge $1.85 for them) she didn'toffer to refund the money but offered a soda. OK. We sit down to eat, I open my food and there's no sour cream. I went up to getsome and they said they just ran out. I placed my order a half an hour ago! They were hoping I would pick my food up and leavewithout noticing. I told them I don't want any of the food and refund my money. SHE WAS REFUNDING ME $24. I TOLD HER IT WAS$26. AND SHE STILL ONLY REFUNDED ME $24. Chipotle corporate refunded me my $26. I love Chipotle, but I will never return to thislocation. Read more

I?ve been here a few times, and the experience has been the same every time. The staff is nice and it?s chipotle so the food is... going to be good. The issue with this place is I believe the staff is trained to give half portions and then call them fullportions. You?re probably better off going elsewhere to get good value for your money. WORST Chipotle I?ve been too!!! I place an order for pickup for 7:50 walk in 7:55 and staff are all on their phones and tell me... the order still isn?t ready. The place is always a dirty mess. The staff are unprofessional and rude clearly do not care at all.I will from now on be taking the 15 mins drive to Wallingford then come back here even tho I live right down the road from thisone. Why do they never have dressing? And why do they lie about why they don't have it? And why does the staff not tell you there... is no dressing until after they've made your salad? It shouldn't be a surprise that if I'm getting a salad, I'm going to wantsalad dressing for it. I'm pretty sure they haven't had salad dressing in a year (at least 4 times I've tried to get a saladhere and ended up with no dressing) and today they said the machine to make it was broken? I just don't think they care. $12-$15 for a dry salad with no dressing and they all act like this is perfectly normal. Am I the only person in Middletown toever order a salad at Chipotle? Read more
