I will not be ordering #ANYTHING else from Domino's on South main St. In Middletown... It is not the location itself. The issue... I have is with this "call center".... Whomever these "people" are that's taking Domino's orders are extremely haughty andcondescending and I would not put it past them getting orders wrong on purpose as it happened to me a few months ago dealingwith them. Since they've taken over their calls I've been going online. For some reason tonight, the website is not working so Ihad to call. The phone call started off amicable until I asked about the price breakdown and the call center person becamepassive aggressive and patronizing out of left field and I responded "this is why I wanted to go online. I told him he was acall center rep, he's supposed to answer questions and that he needed to humble himself as he will cause this place to losebusiness." I will be ordering from Newfield Pizza, Pizza Palace or Jerry's.... Whomever invested in this outsourced call centerbetter fix this problem quicky or see a decline in revenue within a year. Best of ANY Domino's I've been to yet. Always hot, always fresh from the oven. Wish the rest of the franchises would follow this... ones lead! Their drivers are always kind, and professional. They OBVIOUSLY take PRIDE in their jobs!! Keep it up guys! ????? Read more

We called to see if they would deliver and they were very rude and said they were busy with their own orders will never try to... get from them again. They didn?t have to be rude over the phone if that?s how they are on the phone I can only imagine inperson. I called back to try to talk to the manger turns out the manager was the one on the phone and was being rude. Im not from here and never ate dominos. I called tonight and asked questions and the manager on duty had a very nasty attitude... because I never ate dominos and I didn't know about there delivery service!! I never experienced this rude behaviorANYWHERE!!!???? Read more
