This dunkin has gotten bad. The Indian woman at the drive thru is rude and very difficult to understand. She screams into the... mic and has conversations with other employees while taking your order. Read more
Horrible customer service. I will stop sometimes on my way into work and the girls at the drive thru window are so terribly... rude. At first I just assumed maybe someone was having a bad day. Nope! Never once have I had a positive experience here. Thewoman taking orders at the speaker simply is beyond rude. Only says "Yeah" before placing your order and "K" once finished. Onceat the window they barely say two words to you. Right before basically tossing your order at you. Just extremely unprofessionaland rude. Will be going out of my way to avoid this Dunkin from now on!! Read more
Dunkin on Washington Street is the best Dunkin around. The girls that ?work?, really work hard and some of the nicest people... I?ve met. I?ve been to other Dunkin?s, but can not compare to the Washington street, the only Dunkin that gets my order correctand treat the customers with respect! Terrible service, so slow! Long lines at any time of day, management doesn't have their act together, I avoid them at all costs.... Good coffee, slow but the customer service was out of this world good. I needed a decaf espresso drink and this lovely gentleman... made SURE it was decaf as to not aggravate my medical issues with high caffeine. He asked the person making the drink threetimes if it was decaf. Loved the experience. Read more
