ION is fantastic. The food is great. The servers are friendly. I have been going for years. Possibly well over 100 times. I?ve... gotten food to go and eaten in. I?ve taken friends, co-workers, and family. I really like it here. But I always wish it wasbetter. So hopefully the owner will adapt the experience so it can be more enjoyable. The service has always been slow. My mostrecent trip took two hours and we ordered everything within five mins after we sat down. Do no go if you are in a rush. Go forthe experience. Maybe I?m just feeling a little extra sad since it took two hours, the portion of food I had left me hungry,and we paid over $80 for three people. I am obsessed with this place. So many gluten free options, a killer menu, and AMAZING STAFF. I absolutely adore Stephen and he... always has a great recommendation or tailor something to my preference. Everything is marked for gluten/dairy/nut allergies, andthey do a killer job. Drinks are also definitely worth the price - I love the lavender lemon gimlett, but the margarita is alsogreat. Sweet potatoes fries are a must.The gluten free cornbread is always amazing, and the Mac&cheese warms up so well. Wow. Stopped for lunch on the recommendation of a friend and ended up blowing off the rest of my day. Delicious food... artistically plated, creative drinks, and a super relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious I had crab cakes made from artichokes, yum. A nice kale salad, too much for one meal so I saved it,it... keeps well. The coconut cake was so good, but the icing made it a little too sweet for me. But people that love icing would loveit. I also had a delicious mock tail as well as the mushroom scallops.
