This is the first McDonald's where I actually tasted how the biscuits are supposed to taste outside of Avon McDonalds. They were... soft and pillowy not hard and crusty like the other McDs. Got me hooked. Made the breakfast sandwich with the egg and meataddictive. Only once at the end of the shift Did I get a hard biscuit. People are friendly and have a good sense of humor. Andquick. The place must've been several people short handed, the drive-up was at least 6 cars deep. I parked and went inside and had 1... customer waiting for his order. The employee says I can place the order on the 'kiosk'(?) computer. That didn't work right andthe way the place was being run, I left and went to another one 10 minutes away, which was 1-2-3 and got my order. Read more
I mean...let's be real. The food here is terrible and will cause all the health problems...so don't eat here everyday... obvi. HOWEVER! 5 STARS to my Saturday night shift folks on Washington street!!! They are always kind to me when I ask for ahot batch of fries. If you're going to destroy your body, wait for the hot fries. Stopped going here for awhile because the of poor service. The employees were rude , my orders were almost always wrong or it... took forever to receive, they can't ever get a coffee right. Obviously NO customer service training at all by uppermanagement..( the buck stops here) and Never a thank you..im not planning on going back there again in the very nearfuture..possibly never. Great service and hot food. In and out of the drive through faster than anywhere else. And order is always correct!
This McDonald's is awful. Stood at the register for 10 minutes being ignored by every employee that came up.... Was paying cash,... so couldn't use the app or the kiosk.... Ordered a bottled water with my meal and had to ask for it twice after they gave us ourfood. There are NO napkins in the dining area, had to ask the negligent employees for napkins. And when we ordered, they didn'task if we were eating in or not and just put the food in a bag like they did want us to stay... Read more
