11/1/2021 Well I'm glad I didn't finish this uncooked quarter pounder sandwich. Mcdonald's on south main Street. Middletown .... Please cook the burgers and do it right I won't be eating there again. No one should be eating there . If I could post w/oadding a star I would've. I called the south main St. McDonald's twice to inform them of the undercooked burger so they cancheck their grill cooks food but there was no answer twice . It was around 4:45 pm . Everytime I go to this McDonald's, I always get what I order made correctly, the fries are always fresh and so are the burgers,... Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, did not ask which crispy sandwich. All it had was pickles on chicken very dry , no mayo, or... butter. And Fish Sandwich, way over priced at $5.39 + Chicken almost $11.00. CANT AFFORD TO EAT MC DONALDS . SAD Read more

I always order on the app, and if I get a frappe, I add a shot of espresso. Several times I?ve gotten there only to be told the... ?machine is down? and not once have so gotten a refund. I finally pushed this last time and the evening shift manager wasextremely rude about it. I got fed up and left without the refund and won?t be going back after lunchtime. The evening crew isdefinitely subpar and the MOD needs to be demoted, he is severely lacking in customer service skills. Read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful service. Every single time I go it take 45 minutes from start to finish. ...
