Usually have a good experience going to this location. When I called to ask if they were participating in a deal subway was... running there was silence and they just hung up on me. When I called again a bit later the phone wasn?t even connecting, theyput an access code on it to actually call the store. So they were closing the phone off to customers. Rude. Read more
I was a regular but I'm done with this place, the owner is too greedy and the quality leaves much to be desired. They send me... coupons but suddenly don't accept them anymore. Everything is of the lowest quality and small amount which is overpriced to haveyour sandwich mostly contain bread. I'm going to Jersey Mike's from now on, way better quality and they actually accept theircoupons. Read more
Trash support local delis not trash chains
I placed an online order on Thursday, when my coworker showed up to get the food the worker told her it had already been picked... up, that I must?ve chosen delivery. So I took photos of our order and sent them to her. Clearly stated for in store pickup atthis location. He continued to go back and forth with her. Eventually they remade our food, however they didn?t even give herthe cookies we ordered. Also the food was never ?delivered? to the only address provided (home address not in Middletown). Pretty much just an annoying experience and the food didn?t seem fresh. Very disappointing along with the fact that the employeewas rude to my friend. Read more
Absolutely horrible service. There were two staff members, both extremely slow. The gentleman in the middle of making a sub... decided to stop, refill the lettuce, clean under the pan and in between the holders and continue making the sub with the samedirty gloves. I will never go back there. Read more
Got a footlong meal, half for lunch and half for dinner. Works out well when on a double. They wrap them separately when... asked!! Great service Read more
Delivery. Restaurant charged the extra money for guacamole but did not include it. As well as neither sandwich being cut for us... and both showed up cold and not toasted as was requested. Not to mention the sandwiches falling apart in general. Very lazy andsloppy work Read more
