New to the neighborhood and went for a bite to eat prior to stopping here. We figured...dessert! Before I even mention the... chocolate, Roberto is an amazing man. The stories he shared with us were so interesting. Chocolate is not all he knows.Including his chef's hat, he has donned many others and it shows in his intriguing stories. (Does he have an autobiography? Heshould..) Now as for the sweets. As I write this, sitting in my kitchen I just looked around for something sweet to eat.Nothing here will match what we ate last night. First of all his Moussicles.......one raspberry and the other a chocolatemousse..... ???? All I can say is mouth watering, refreshing, and so smooth! Much better than regular popsicles!!! We ate themas slow as we could to enjoy the taste. Next up...the chocolate. The man is truly a gifted artist. We have never had anythinglike this. We chose 3, the Duke of earl truffle (a beautiful bite) , peanut butter truffle (the best peanut butter combination Ihave ever had) , and Night in Tunisia chocolate. ???? it truly was a game of ping pong in our mouths. It was a small bite butwith so much flavor!!!.....the only negative thing is that we only got one of each. ???? I have never had chocolate like thisand the mixing of flavors was truly magical. Trying to pick a favorite but I cant. Thank YOU to Roberto, we stopped forsomething sweet and left much happier and amazed. Read more
