First of all the guy ringing up at the cash register is stupid! Sec I asked for southwest avocado salad with no tomatoes and no... avocado and after I stood there they guy tells me they cannot remove tomatoes or avacado!!! I understand that fast food is understaffed and overwhelmed these days. However. I went in specifically to order a Pretzel Bacon... Pub Cheeseburger, which I've had before and loved. What I got was.....not that. It tasted okay, but was disappointing. Regularbun instead of pretzel, no pickles, and very little to no pub cheese. My party had to ask for napkins as all the dispensers wereempty, they had no salt packets, all the (empty) tables were dirty and the floor was so sticky my shoes were sticking. Was stuck in Middletown for the day, stopped here to get a Summer Strawberry Salad and a Frosty. Saw they had a Frostyccino!... Coffee and a chocolate Frosty? Yes please! Everything was so good. Nice fresh salad and the drink absolutely hit the spot.Definitely made by day more bearable! Read more

Waited 43 minutes for our food. First time we went they told us to pull to the side, waited 20 minutes because there was 4 cars... with us, then went back in line and waited the remaining 20 minutes. We heard the girl in the back yell our food was in thewarmer. The window guy swore our food was just made. We asked to cancel the order which they didn?t know how. Read more
Easy to access when headed out of Middletown. Service was not awful. People were civil and we didn't have to wait too long for... our order. Food wasn't awful, just not very fresh. Clean, gender neutral bathrooms. Read more
Stopped by here yesterday on a Saturday night, not from the area just driving through. Used the drive through, worker was... patient with me as it was a pretty big order. Pulled up and got our drinks, had to pull over to the side to wait for food ( Iassume so we don?t hold up the line), and another young lady brought everything out to my car in under a minute. Came to pick up a doordash. Employees talking behind a rightfully upset customers back after he left. Employees swearing... throughout the kitchen. All employees moping around and upset at each other that they didn?t fill certain frozen drink machines.Not a place I?d return to as a customer. Read more
