What this restaurant lacks is consistency. We've ordered on many BOGO Thursdays for takeout (used to do BOGO Tuesdays for... classic wings, but they took that away) and received an entirely mixed bag of results. Some nights the food is bangin'.Sometimes the wings are drowned in sauce. Sometimes there isn't nearly enough sauce. Other times you order an absolute boatloadof ranch and they send out 2 tubs. Terrible Customer service. Placed a take-out order online with a gift card. Gift cards aren't accepted online for some reason.... Called the store and was told I would have to use the gift card at pickup. When I got to the restaurant I was told the systemjust had an update and wasn't accepting gift cards. The Buffalo wild wings in Middletown DE is an interesting place. For some reason the food and service have a hard time level... out. My last visit, 2 hours to receive carry out. Plus, the order was someone else's. We had to drive back, return the otherfood. Then, wait another twenty-five minutes for our food. In total, the order process took 2 hours. I should have cut it asa lose and ate at a different restaurant. I really should call for a refund. I have waited on food at this restaurant for morehours than changing a car tire without a jack. The food we did receive was good. But, man, the service and food just needs tobalance out somewhere. BTW, this is a constant issue with recieving my food. Third time for really late service. Ordered takeout, arrived 30 minutes later when the email told me to arrive to pick it up expecting to just grab it and go, stood... around for 5-10 minutes at the pickup counter waiting for service, finally someone comes out and it was clear there was noeffort to put together the order ahead of time so stood around another 5 minutes or so waiting for them to put together theorder that should have been ready to go. Didnt recieve the milk that was ordered with the kids meal, some overpriced 3 ozworth of mac n cheese for 8 dollars and on top of that, noticed the side of oranges for my kid had a label on it that saidPrepared 7/29 MUST USE BY 8/02....its 8/10.....8 days after the sell by date, of course didnt notice this until after my kidate them so get to wait and see if he gets sick from that, Great. Fries with other food we ordered also were stone cold andold/ unedible. The street tacos were good, however everything else about the expereince was pretty awful. So to recap, slowservice, didnt give me items I ordered and paid for, gave me 8 day past expired/use by food and cold unedible fries. It's a buffalo wild wings, typical menu the place can get a bit crowded. I do order the boneless wings and they tend to always... come out cold. Most of the time I've sat at the bar hit and miss on a good bartender. Most of the time it's a mess with thebartenders. Which is the shame. I told you have to try the burgers which I haven't as of yet. They have an interesting smashburger that a couple of customers have raved about. Read more
Buffalo Wild Wings is located at 540 West Main Street; Middletown, DE 19709-1057. One of the best places to go to watch... sporting, fellowship, fun, and great food. They have an extensive menu featuring chicken wings, tenders & burgers, etc. Not tomention a great selection of beer and beverages. I definitely recommend Buffalo Wild Wings. Read more
Fast service but I order 10 wings and was given 10 drums no flats! And no sauce on the wings
Pretty good spot.. But there wings are high. Just go for football season???????
