This is the first time I went to this Italian restaurant. The service people inside were very friendly and courteous. We had... ordered a large meat lovers pizza a 10 piece chicken wings barbecue flavor and grilled chicken salad. The pizza was very goodthe chicken wings had a lot of meat in it plus the barbecue flavor was great and then the grilled chicken salad I had plenty ofmeat mixed in with the greens. This review is strictly for take out, which I get frequently, but I have not dined in. The pizza is the best I have found in the... area, it's about as close to NY style as you'll find in Middletown. Stromboli is excellent as well. Salads are just ok, I wouldskip them. Read more
Went in quick off the highway during a road trip for slices. They warmed them up for us and they tasted great! Nice chewy,... crunchy crust. One guy was yelling at another behind the counter hence the four stars. Read more
The crust has the perfect chew. Not too much chew. Not too little chew. As soon as I put it up to my mouth, I knew it was... authentic. I could smell it. Even my buddy Kevin, who detest vegetables on pizza, ate 3 slices of the white. I also had a sliceof pepperoni, and yeah, it was greasy, but it was perfect. We had a 90th birthday party for my Dad and had it cater through Caruso’s. Everything about my decision was a good one. First... to have it catered then to use Caruso’s. Melissa was awesome when making up the menu. She was also one of the two that came,they delivered and setup for me. Compliments of the food flowed all day. I would definitely use them again. Worst Italian food I've ever had. Didn't follow instructions when asked to put sauce on the side for kids meal. Ceasar salad... looked disgusting. Stuffed shells were like rubber and not even stuffed with ricotta. Calamari was in a red soup, disgusting andrubbery. Never ordering here again. Wrong order was delivered. It took 30mins to get help (on hold for long periods of time). They would not resend the correct... order but did offer a refund within 48hrs. I ordered elsewhere. Read more
