I accidentally sent my mobil order to the wrong location, an employee at the location we were at noticed fairly quickly and... identified the problem as to why we didn't have food yet and quickly took our order and told me how to fix it. We had to callthe "wrong" location, leave a voicemail and wait for them to respond. Fortunately they responded while we are and sent us ourrefund at the same time. The staff were super helpful. I?ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A for as long as they?ve been in Middletown and this has been happening more than usual the... last few times I?ve visited. If I order a large fry, that?s what I expect, a large. Not a medium, especially if I?m paying morefor it. This has happened more than once at this location so I feel as though, I should warn those that want to order a largefry, just order a medium cause that?s what you?ll end up getting! Read more
The people who work here are extremely friendly. The food is always good. The issue I had was seeing all the trash in the... parking lot, extending all the way over to Kohl's. This isn't necessarily the fault of Chik-Fil-A or their staff, but I amhoping customers see this and change their behavior. It is absolutely disgusting seeing people eat, and then throw their trashfrom their car to the ground. I have witnessed people toss it out from their window like it was nothing. Middletown has alwaysbeen my home, it is sickening to see people being so disrespectful. I feel for the chik-fil-a employees that have to deal withsuch classless customers. What is so hard about keeping the trash to yourself until you find a trash can later in your day, ortaking it to a dumpster? Are people that lazy? Read more
Always kind and fast service. Even in the drive through. 9/10 the hold up is not the employees it's the customers can't say that... for other fast food chains. Read more
