We ordered two bowls one chicken and one barbacoa. This is because they were the only two options they were all out off every... other type of meat. They put a half scoop of rice a half scoop of beans and a quarter scoop of meat. For my chicken bowl thiswas actually 6 SMALL pieces. My girlfriend asked if she could get more rice or something because our bowls looked pathetic. Theysaid that since they had a rice and meat shortage they were giving out half portions...... I was shocked I asked if I was onlygoing to have to pay half price and was directed to speak to the manager. The manager overheard and without saying a word justgave me an actual scoop of chicken and then left. At this point I should have just left and given up but we were both hungry. Weasked for Pico, corn, cheese, lettuce and sour cream. They had no sour cream either. We went to pay and I again asked if mygirlfriend could at least get some more rice or something. They gave me a small plastic container with rice (about 4 mouthfulls). Our bowls ended up not even reaching the top of the container when normally they are overflowing. My girlfriends meatturned out to be half fat and so the little meat she had was mostly unedible. They were also out of napkins and utensils. Insummary: out of I believe 9 meat options they had two. They were out of sour cream and ALL OTHER MEATS. We received half theamount of rice and beans we were supposed to. They had no utensils out other than knives and no napkins. I have tried to give this Location multiple tries, and every time I walk out disappointed. The reason I?m given this even one... star is because the meat is the only decent thing unlike other locations this location does good job with making sure fat iscut off the meat so when you?re eating you don?t get very hard chewy pieces that are dissatisfying. Moving forward, The workersare ALWAYS very rude and are so uninviting. The past time I went approaching the bar, the young girl Who took my order wasstaring me down as I was ordering with such a mugging Long pause stare after each thing I?ve requested in my bowl. After my bowlwas closed she practically tossed and slid it to the cashier. When I tell you I walked out fuming it was nonetheless I will notbe coming back to this Particular location. Read more
We love chipotle in general, the one in Dover is awesome. But this one? They need to go to the Dover one and take some notes.... I've just never had a good meal here. The staff is extremely rude over the simplest interactions. You don't need to flip outwhen someone asks if they can have more of something. They also can't wrap here. I know it takes some talent to wrap theirfamous burritos, but they aren't teaching that talent here. Or any talent for that matter. Or manners. I mean come on guys, youcan do better! Read more
One of the worst location. 3rd time same thing. Their closing time is 10pm I was there at 7:50. Still no FAJITAS(third time in a... row). On top of that the guy doing my order was very polite and while making my bowl I asked for little bit mor Queso. He addedit. The Girl next to him told us Rudely ?now it will costs you double?. I was like seriously? I wasn?t asking to Double thequantity, still Double charge?. So I ask how? You must have told me before adding it. She literally threw both my veggies bowlin Garbage.
