I went through the drive thru and asked for four Halloween themed donuts only to be told they don't have any even though they... are advertised on the menu board. My grandson then went inside to pick out other donuts and came out with Halloweendonuts?????? Read more

As usual they gave me the wrong order and I assumed people can do a simple job and they can't!!!!!
Not good store. We stopped for a quick refreshment and received some bad order back. Restroom was clean , location slightly not... easy to access from other side of parkway road but it is in good spot. We ordered for hot cappuccino and we received a very mild, not tasty , upper side of the sweet. This is for all 3 orders we gave??. It is bad that we did not get even close to what weexpected for a standard in other good Dunkin location. Staffs were not rude or friendly. The worst location when it comes to quick service. The parking lot is a mad house & the drive thru...no thank you. I was blocked... in the parking lot due to the drive thru line being SO long and completely backed up. Frustrating for sure. The food andcoffee, fine. Just don't expect to get anywhere in a timely fashion. Read more
