This place needs a total overhaul. The last three times I?ve been in it?s been total chaos. The majority of the staff is always... goofing off. There are a select few that do their jobs. There is a certain young man who is always loud and obnoxious. Alwayschecking his phone even WHILE making sandwiches. Today I heard someone tell him to settle down and do his job multiple times.The wait times for orders are always 10+ minutes. Today I had a gentleman who was behind me, take my sandwiches because he wastired of waiting for his. I told the staff that part of my order was stolen and one girl had a smirk on her face like shethought it was funny. Though she made me the sandwiches I needed again the overall response was just disappointing. Saveyourself the headache and drive to the opposite site of Middletown to the other Dunkin? Donuts. I don't write reviews, but after going into this Dunkin' today, I felt as though I had to!! My son and I ordered and the young... staff was joking around before we entered, which is fine, BUT then it didn't stop!! In fact, their goofing off intensified evenmore! There was one young man amid the chaos who was trying to do his job and take our order. The remaining staff became so loudthat he had to ask them to quiet down so he could hear our order. At one point one of the girl workers, grabbed a munchkin andkicked it as she was saying "let's see if we can hacky sack with a donut". This was going on as I had just finished paying. Ithen saw them opening sugar packs and throwing the sugar on each other. As another young man was starting to make his way toprepare our food, I looked at my son and said I'm asking for my money back! There was NO WAY we were eating ANY food from there!The original young man who took our order gave me my money back in cash even though I paid with my debit card. I needed a nice cool place to get a drink and bite to eat. The guys who work there are very nice with good senses of humor.
Worst customer service in town, hands down. Stood at the register for 5 minutes while the young girls behind the counter... socialized. Was never greeted, let alone acknowledged, even though eye contact was made. Ended up walking out. This is thesecond time I have left this location without ordering anything. I will not give them a third try. Not sure how they stay inbusiness. Read more
My husband went in to get coffee and 3 things of snackin bacon. When he came back out he says I should check the bacon. I said... why and he said, ?Just check it. I doesn?t look right?. So when I open the bag there?s 3 bags with crumply, flimsy, fatty bacon.So I take it back in the store and let the girls at the counter know that I go to a few different locations and that?s not whatthe snackin bacon looks like nor did it have the maple glaze on it. They ask me if I want it made again and I said yes please.They take the original order out of sight and then hand me a new bag after a minute or two. I go outside in my car and it lookslike the exact same order only they threw maple glaze on it. They pretty much gave me their sandwich bacon. I went back in withthe order a second time and just asked for my money back. Snackin bacon cost $3 and some change each. I?m not paying almost $10for fatty sandwich bacon. Ordered online. Store was disorganized and chaotic. My order was left behind the counter and not put in the pickup area.
