Im only giving 2 stars because the drive thru lady was nice. Gave them a chance before and knew not to do it again but desperate... times I guess... this place does not put any pride into their food. We waited for 15 minutes for a burger and 3 chicken tenders. Which would be ok if it meant the food was fresh but the tenders... were obviously old and one of them wasn't even a tender, it was small and mostly bread and burnt. The burger was fine but when Iwalked in to ask where my food was my bag of food was just sitting on the counter and when I asked the lady at the counterhanded it to me and said it just got done. Don't normally review fast food. Service doesn't have to be good, food doesn't have to be perfect. I don't mess with undercooked... chicken though. Ain't quite raw, might be alright to eat but I ain't testing my luck I might have submitted a complaint otherways but a receipt wasn't handed to me and I didn't feel a need to ask for it. My coupon was also rejected with no attempt tooverride it despite it being an issue on their end. I went there for the first time and I tried a double bacon cheese burger and that was good. But when it comes to the taco salad... I ordered I was disgusted. Not only was the beef was cold but it was very lumpy as if it was old. And oh man it had no flavor Icannot recommend this to anyone and honestly I could not eat it. Even the lettuce was warm and old. Fresh, hot food served. Charbroiled burgers are good. Different than other charbroiled burger joints. Tacos, burritos &... quesadillas also served! Happy hour deals available. Clean restaurant & bathrooms. Good drink selection (peach & raspberry teatoo). Friendly staff. Will bring food to your table, if there is a wait; (but not a long wait). We went through the drive-thru we had to wait at least 8 to 10 minutes for our food.After the long wait we thought they had to... cook our meal. We finally got our food. My wife and i pulled to a parking space to eat. We started to eat and our food wascold. I started to go inside and complain about it but my wife stopped me because i was so mad,she was afraid i might of got introuble. This was the Hardee's on 299 middle town.
