Worst attitude and customer service that I've ever experienced in a restaurant. The woman behind the counter must be burnt out... because she doesn't understand customer service at all. She'd rather turn away business at this point than keep her doors open.If I could give this place zero stars I would. The business is for sale and it's obvious why. No one in their right mindshould purchase this place knowing that it will be an uphill battle trying to change the current owners reputation. Read more

My boyfriend and I agreed that both sandwiches were very bland. The only thing I could taste on my club was my bacon. Neither... one of us ate our other halves. Probably won?t be back but 3 stars for the service! I forgot to add cheese to my club afterpaying and when I offered her money for it she said not to worry about it. So good! I ordered a sub last minute since I was waiting for my husband to get a haircut across the street and I'm so glad I... did! The bread is fantastic, thick and moist with a buttery, crispy crust. A small was more than enough for a lunch sandwich, Imight have saved half for later if I was going home right away. This is truly an amazing sandwich. Please, don't let the price deter you from getting a sandwich here. There's a reason for... it.... I took the sandwich home and weighed it on my food scale. The 12 inch Italian came in at almost 2.5 pounds! That's not atypo! I'm a big guy and I could only eat half of it. 2 meals from 1 sandwich. Absolutely worth every penny. Read more
