I was pretty impressed by my last visit here, It was pretty slow at the time, but it was the time in between lunch and dinner...... our waiter Was Jen and she was soo kind and well knowledgeable of the menu and the deals. She was very down to earth and made usfeel comfortable and well serviced during our dining. The pretzel bun they have for hamburgers is amazing...and they let meswitch buns to make the burger how I wanted. They are clean and have some good Holiday themes, and they have some pretty coolabstract art and fun items hanging on walls. Check it out...decent drinks menu and deals too. Til next time Red Robin! We always have a good meal here. This place is great for kids too, they have chalk boards with different games or plain for... drawing, balloons for the kids, etc. And the food is phenomenal. Prices have gone up a bit, but they make it worth the cost imo.We also had an issue one time our kiddo dropped her burger and she was so upset and embarrassed, but they were awesome and madeher another one right away with an extra side. The best place in Middletown for burgers, fries, and beer.

This Middletown Red Robin needs new management. Ordered two burgers medium well. After a long 30 minute wait both came out... burnt to a flavorless crisp. Yes, they were flavorless and crunchy. ????Service was painfully slow and order was wrong. Justtake one look at this place inside and out and you can tell it is not managed properly. I've gone to the new RR in Middletown at least 3 times, the service was good, the place is clean, waiting time 10min, and the... food is delicious! Ive had 3 of the veggie burgers and so far the turkey I love the most!! Chicken and regular are good too. Mcn' cheese is very good. The Onion rings are banging!!!
