worst starbucks experience ever!! i was one of three customers in the store, waited 5 minutes before i was even acknowledged,... and then watched 3 dozen drive through drinks be made and sent out before my iced tea was made. after waiting for 20 minutes ifinally said something. bad look!! People who work here don?t know how to use the Starbucks app. Even though using the app is the only option to do in store. Way... to train your employees Starbucks! They are very rude when you ask them a question. There are 5 employees and they put up a signthat says mobile ordering or drive through only due to staffing, but no one wants to have someone using the register.
