UPDATE: waited 30 min. For iced tea. This time I just asked for a refund. That's insane. Get ur weekend staff to do better. It... shouldn't take 30 min for iced tea. It's already made. Why does it take 20 minutes and a call to management from inside thestore for hot water. It's ridiculous. Get it together. My good was sitting there for 20 min. No call. And I was waiting on HOTWATER because I ordered a hot tea. They are so unorganized!! Read more

Greeted by three out of four employees visible with eye contact, waited about 3 seconds due to no line, lady helping me... apologized for the wait and was very polite and efficient, order was hand delivered to me before I even finished paying. 10/10experience! Read more

Fast service, super friendly staff, online specials have always been available. There is a gentleman named David who works there... and having him take our order always makes our visits... He is always so friendly and has some hilarious one liners that makeour visits even greater. Great coffee and excellent employees at this location! Read more

I purchased a black coffee for someone else. My friend said the coffee was perfect! However, the service was a little slow.... There was only one couple ahead of me, there seemed to be three or four service personnel, but they seemed to be just standingaround conversing. I only got served when I spoke to the manager! Worst Starbucks by a mile. I have a very specific Matcha order which they have messed up every time i've gone. I always ask for... it iced, with nondairy milk and TEN scoops of matcha. Either the milk isn't nondairy, or there's significantly less matcha thanrequested, and when the powder amount is correct they don't mix it all the way and there's HUGE clumps of powder in my drink. Itwouldn't be an issue if they didn't charge extra for my requests, and they were rude about remaking the drink. I've gotten deathstares and such bad attitude about asking for a new one that it's not even worth going back. For an $8-10 drink there should besome level of diligence. Read more

This Starbucks has a beautiful location in a really nice area, but oh my gosh they are SLOW! I ordered pickup via drive-thru and... I kid you not ? the drive thru was around the building and halfway across the strip mall. I?ve been to several Starbucks? fromDelaware to Florida and I have never experienced such slow service. I will say everyone was very friendly, but you could tellonly half the employees actually knew they worked in a fast-paced environment because the other half of them were joking andgiggling, especially those working the register. They could have helped make drinks since everyone who was in the lobby hadpreordered. Instead, they were joking and laughing, while those working the drive thru were hustling. I couldn?t tell if therewas a manager on duty, because if there were he/she was nowhere to be found. I?m shocked this location hasn?t had morecomplaints. I?d only go back if I were in the area, otherwise, I?d rather drive to another location. Read more
