Boycotted this location before. Thought new management would fix it. Still the same problems. They do not put nearly enough... ingredients in the tortillas. Gave it one more try and ordered extra meat and cheese hoping to at least get enough of that.They charged us for the extras and then gave us crunchwraps so thin, you could feel that it was almost nothing but tortillathrough the wrapper. In the past year since Middletown Taco Bell has opened, it has been absolutely disappointing. The staff are not trained at all,... they do not know how to make the food, my order always comes out incorrect and there is no proper customer service. This TacoBell needs better management and Taco Bell corporate need to send better trainers to teach their workers on how to make thefood. Every single time I order my food from here it is always wrong. Next time I will spend the extra 10 minutes to drive tothe Taco Bell in Newark. Horrible Taco Bell location around, employees smoking outside with wait line more than 20 cars in drive thru. This store... management should consider checking what?s happening big hassle always at this location. Don?t stop here if you want real fastfood from drive thru.
