If I could give this location no stars, I would. This is not the first time we have had issues at this location and it’s sad... that not once has anyone from management reached out to see how they can remedy the issue. Tonight we ordered take-out. Ipurposely order our steaks rare because this location always overcooks them. Even after ordering rare tonight, our prime rib andribeye were so overcooked they were not edible. The prime rib was the end piece and not only overcooked, but so dry! My momordered the herb crusted chicken which she has had many many times. It was so salty and black on the outside, she couldn’t eatit. So three of the four meals were inedible! If we didn’t live 30min away, I would have taken everything back and demanded arefund. Sorry excuse for a restaurant! They need to get it together! $100 wasted. Read more

We went to Texas Roadhouse Middletown DE, for dinner and both ordered salads since she was craving their chicken caesar salad.... My steak salad came out with the wrong dressing and I had to ask for the correct one and hers came out with barely anything onit so she asked for extra. In the time waiting we finished our drinks the server came back and asked if we wanted refills wesaid yes and had to remind him of the dressings. He was very busy so we understood how he forgot, no worries there. Everythingwas going fine until she was almost finished with her salad when luckily she turned over a piece of chicken to find a piece ofthe metal grill scrubber stuck to it. Thankfully she found it and didn't eat it which could have been severe, we're still notsure if other pieces were in the salad! The manager did apologize and took her salad off the bill and explained what it was &how it happened. I just don't think they knew how dangerous this really was and can be if she did ingest it. We decided to go there after being at Red Robin for 10 mins without anyone coming to the front to seat us when there were only... three table having people at them and we are so very glad we did!!! The parking lot was full but they sat us right away. Thesweet server Taylor was very attentive and the steaks we ordered were cooked to perfection. I ordered a sweet potato and it fellapart perfectly, all I needed was a little butter. We will definitely be stopping there during our hockey trips to Newark orPhilly! Read more
