Chicken breakfast sandwich was cold. Scrambled eggs were good and bacon crispy but couldn't eat the sandwich.
Absolutely horrible customer service from one lady. I come to get my son lunch for my sons field trip. Everything was good... until i asked to purchase a bag. They had none. Which i understand. I ask another cashier for a bag from the stack i seeunder the counter. I said ill pay for it. The cashier is about to give me one and another lady says there for door dash. Shesays people use a donut bag. What can i put in a donut bag. Why cant i just buy one of those. There for door dash. I MEANREALLY COULD HAVE JUST GIVEN ME A BAG. Now im struggling out of the store with to kids dropping everything. Thought wawawas supposed to make my morning better!! Read more
They had a sale sign under the wrong muscle milk that excluded the ones that it was listed directly under with the fine print... hidden. Then at the register when I said hey that's not right they acted like "oh well do u want both still at full price?" andstore associate Alexandra moved the sign over a little bit, but IT'S STILL UNDER THE WRONG PRODUCT!! Either take it down andget a label the correct size that CLEARLY states what's on sale or give the customer the discounted price for the mistake. I'msure it wasn't on purpose from the employees, but the vendor is OBVIOUSLY trying to scam the consumer here.... SHAME ON YOUWAWA! I am a daily consumer that work and often use this Wawa for coffee and fuel. The card reader for gas pump 15 does not allow... manual input for credit card with chip because it have an internal intermittent problem. Intermittently it will mechanicallyprevent insertion of credit card. Once card reader accepts the credit card it will prompt you to pull the card out. It will goto another screen that will prompt & ask if it's a credit or debit card, but this happens after the card is pulled out of thereader. I have reported this to the manager over a month ago and it's still a problem. As a consumer that works and often usesthis gas station for fuel I would think management would take this seriously because people don't have time to waste going toanother pump prior to traveling to work. Good prices, good food, quick service. Suggestion for Improvement: - Parking lot and store was littered with trash. This... wouldn't take much but 1 employee every couple of hours. Makes a big difference in the appearance of your store. Read more
Use to be a great place to rest and chill. Until who knew sitting in the parking lot for 2 1/2 hours (after purchasing from... store) that you would get the cops called on you. Who knew minding your business was a crime. I usually go every night to sitand eat and never had a problem until now. Didnt know we had to be petty and have the cops handle something a staff member couldhave settled. Read more
