Waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. The car ahead of me waited for over 10 minutes while there was no longer a line in... front of them and finally the woman asked what she wanted and it was an online order. Someone who had ordered ahead still waitedfor over 45 minutes for an order. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and said maybe they were short staff, I was wrong. Icounted over 8 workers behind the window and with those * workers I still waited almost an hour for "fast food". Despite this Ishrugged off, made my order and parked so I could eat it. I ordered a pretzel cheeseburger and they forgot to add my friedonions, the burger was hardly warm and the cheese was cold and poorly placed. Not only that but my BACONator fries only hadcheese sauce and no bacon. Whoever owns this place should really consider who they have working for them, never again. Read more
The drive-through was pretty busy. It wasn?t a long wait. The young lady at the window giving out the food was very very nice... and courteous. I got the triple burger combo and everything was good. Read more
This appears to just be a thing where management doesn't care if staff wrap things up and hide in the back an hour or two before... the store closes. Who owns this place? This place is beyond unprofessional. Read more
Probably the best Wendy's trip I have ever had. The ones near home practically throw your food at you and could care less if... they get it right. Don't dare ask for extra napkins or ketchup either! Read more
Food was good but customer service can use some work. Not greeter and food shoved at us. Drinks weren't giving with meal as... ordered had to wait 3 more minutes. The person finally gave us our drinks acting like it was a pain to do so. Read more
The best Wendy's I have ever been too. The food is absolutely delicious, and hot and fresh. The staff are competent, and... friendly. I do not live near a Wendy's, so when I go to Middletown, I instantly go to Wendy's, over other places. Read more

I order my food mobile app I set it for pick up when I arrived there was already a customer and her child outside. She stated to... me the manager kicked her and her children out and closed the restaurant down early it?s was (8 pm)because she could the onlyway to get your food was through the drive through which was wrapped around the building and I was on a lunch break needless tosay they collected my money and I never got my food.
