I've ordered delivery from this Panera 4-5x this past year. Each time the quality of most items is gross; The fruit spoiled.... The lettuce in salads soggy and pink. The pastries old and dry. the new chicken sandwich is nasty. the spicy one to be exact. it is just hot sause covered in a chicken breast that is breaded.... the pickle chips on it are stale and do not taste good with the sand which. not to mention my sandwich was half way cold when iwent to go eat it. i?m a 16 year old girl and i?m mad i spent my money on that. do better and take it off of your menu???????? Got a to go order. Though apologetic, I waited 5 minutes just to order. I?m assuming, like everyone else, they?re short staffed.... The wait at the window was almost a normal wait. The food was prepared as I asked and served hot. Thankful for that. Usually abit better service. Hope this isn?t the new norm. Read more

This place is very disorganized and dirty. Tables are always covered in leftover trash, crumbs, and sticky liquid. The floors... have giant chunks of food and trash. Found a hair in my soup. Really wish they'd do better. Especially since it feels like thereare so many employees behind the counter. The service is very frustrating. Ordered carryout for lunch online. The automated resolve did that my hot sandwich would be ready in 15 minutes, which... corresponded to my commute time. I get there in 15 minutes exactly and my sandwich was cold! So when I check my email later thatday, I see the automated response saying that my sandwich was ready 5 minutes after my order was placed. There needs to be abetter system in place. Ten minutes is a long time when talking about food preparation. My food isn't ready that fast when Idine-in there. Very disappointing.
