I remember before covid the supreme pizza being tasty with spices. Now it?s just bland. Very disappointed.
I just ordered from my app. Had to transfer money after i sent the order the second time. I received a call from the manager... asking if i wanted to TIP? First of all i did tip second why are you calling me to ask me for a tip? Bad service all the way around! Delivery is less than 1 mile away! couldn't find my house even with major landmark and location.... Was mean and tried to cancel order! Today's order was a pick up because they can't ever find my house on Main drag 1/2 mileaway. Got a house Salad instead of chicken ceasear salad that i had ordered! Read more
I have moved around a lot for my job and I can tell you this is the best Dominos I have ever experienced. The delivery is quick... and most importantly the food is always fresh and hot. This store should be the model store for the company. As far as myfav?s, the cinnamon bread twists are a must!!! Read more
Dominoes is pretty standard cheap pizza. My problem with this particular location was sometimes they will deliver to me and... sometimes they will not I live about 5 miles away. And even though they delivered to us last week they decided that now theywill not deliver this week. They didn?t seem very unapologetic or anything. Incorrect orders. Incomplete orders. Orders delivered to the wrong address. Orders handed order when requesting contactless... delivery. Unless you pay for extra sauce you get almost zero sauce on any pizza. Nothing is ever consistent but they are theonly place that delivers in Middletown. That is of course when they are actually delivering. It's random when they are and arenot offering delivery. For at least the last three days, Fri-Sat-Sun, delivery was not an option. Read more

We had an event for pizzas to be delivered to us. My husband called it in early in the day so that it would give them plenty of... time to make sure it arrived on time. The pizza arrived a half hour later and the problem was it was outside event with nolighting. We ended up eating in the dark because of their lateness. I understand things happen, but this isn't the only timethis store has provided poor service. My advice to the public, pick up your own pizzas for events. Read more
