Very displeased with the service. Ordered two bacon croissant stuffers with two orders of hash browns and a chi tea. The tea was not made right, was given one of everything, and when i told them they had a nasty attitude. They could not understand what i wanted at all and ended up charging me for 4 stuffers! I gave up and left very angry and upset to have spent 20 min trying to get the correct order and to then leave spending $25 on a breakfast i didnt even want.

Workers are almost nice. I did get a coffee drink that tasted burnt a week ago. But normally their drinks come out nice!

i always get my usual ice coffee , black , shot of caramel ,1 equal , french vanilla swirl , it?s always something in the mornings and afternoons they always mess up my order , it?s always something they either don?t fill my cup size up or just gives me black ice coffee, the one in middletown really needs to geg better workers or learn to do there job .

I enjoy going to this location. It's usually not crowded inside and very clean, the staff is always nice. Baby friendly (I go with a half year old little one). There are middle schoolers that come to this Dunkin' for a snack after school. Then it became loud and fun and I like it :-)
