Horrible experience, the white guy that serve my ice creams had a ugly attitude he forgot to gave me one ice cream in a waffle... cone and got super angry once I told him he forgot one of my ice creams and gave me a miserable scoop in the cone. Reallydisappointed for the customer service he gave us, because we pay for the ice creams we did not ask for free ice cream. Read more
I have tried to order cakes in advance twice at this store. Both times I have shown up for the pickup and they don?t have any... recollection of/lost my order. While this is frustrating enough, what really irks me is the attitude I have received from theirstaff and management about it. They have zero customer service skills and are completely inept.
