I hate when i go threw the drive thru and order the drink i want they tell me they cant make it that way but they can. They were quick, reliable, and efficient. Emma took my order with ease, read it back to me as any professional would. The one... who made my food and drink was also very quick. this Duncan location is the slowest location I've ever been to I think. I almost left because with only one person in front of... me in line I stood in that establishment 4 a half hour waiting for one simple large coffee. the woman in front of me onlyordered a bagel and a coffee it was absolutely ridiculous I will not go back there again. not to mention the employees are notvery friendly and seemed like they have a bit of an attitude I just the customers are causing them an inconvenience. I love this Dunkin, I go there a lot with my friends sometimes in the morning before school. Recently this women named Alexa or... Alex has been there and she isn't the kindest person, she's always cursing about customers in front of them, cursing atco-workers while in service, and called my friend stupid. The context behind it was she grabbed the wrong drink but, either wayshe would have had to remake it being the drink was made iced when he girl wanted it hot. Everyone else is really nice and Iknow how it feels with the morning rush but i would never curse at a customer or coworker especially while in service or call acustomer stupid from a small mistake.
