When Me and my family went to this McDonalds recently, I got a very long disgusting HAIR BAKED IN TO MY BURGER. I immediately... went back inside the restaurant to get a new burger and they did not even apologize or look at it. Even though I got a burgerWITH A HAIR BAKED IN TO THE CHEESE the employees were acting like it was normal. Another time I went to this McDonald?s Iordered an Egg McMuffin through the drive-thru and when I took a bite there was SO MUCH GREASE on the sandwich I could not evenfinish it. Also, while I was doing a Doordash delivery I Witnessed the manager picking up a chicken nugget BARE HANDED and eatit on the way out to a break. Also the actual restaurant is very old and dirty inside with sticky floors. It is so dishearteningbecause I love McDonald?s and this location is very close to my home, but just like another review said I have to drive all theway to the Hazlet location if I want to eat at a good McDonald?s. Was supposed to be open till 11pm. At 7:50 they locked all the doors and told be drive through only. When I asked why the were... closing so early they said they don't make those decisions and the person who does was too busy to talk to me. I'll take mybusiness to another McDonald's now. Read more

Food cold. Mangers are rude. Workers are pleasant. Never have ice ketchup or sweet and sour. When asked why way I was told the... new Manger don't order it to save money and as fir the ice it's broken so it doesn't work half the time and to save money hewon't call someone to fix it. Read more
