Walked in once with pajam pants and no one made fun of me and I was even able to get a free cookie that day. Charged lemonad... goes hard AF and you can refill it if you are eating in. Soup is also mad good but the bread is mid at times, but if you dip thebread into the soup it makes is 10x better. Read more

Ordered ahead for in-store pickup. Employees were rude when we arrived on time and said it wasn?t ready, then could not locate... our order. Turned out another customer had walked out with it before we even got there even though they insisted it wasn?t readyyet. Expressed no apologies for being rude. The remade order had errors. This is my first and probably last time at this location! I went there tonight (Super Bowl Sunday) so it was empty!! I was the... only one in there to place an order for pickup! There were 5-6 people working there so I assumed it would be easy to get a $35order correct! 2x you pick two combos and 2 kids meals (grilled cheese and Mac n cheese). I tried to double check beforeleaving but with two small kids tired I peaked in quick but thought it looked ok! Of course when I get home we are missing oneof the kids items! I called back and spoke with 3 different people, one being the manager - and never even got an apology and Ihad to ask for a refund! And when I basically expressed my frustration, the last person gave me an even bigger attitude and thenhung up! I believe the Managers name was Jordan and she should be ashamed of operating in this manner. They should have gottenthe order right the first time! But hey mistakes happen and when they do, have a bit more pride, apologize and make it right! Iwon?t be going back here again and something tells me by their attitude they won?t even care!
