This place rarely has anything in stock, how it's still in business is beyond me. The shady customers that come in there are so... sketchy that they come up behind you to intimidate you n are drugged outta their minds. Needs new management for the greasystaff that smoke n don't wash their hands before making food, and to monitor the customers that are making the impression likethey'll Rob you or kidnap you... 90% of the time there is no coffee especially the exclusive flavors while some employees are always on their smartphones... tweeting, instagram-ing or facebook status updating. Instead of playing on the phones you could be cleaning out the coffeebaskets/filters and brewing fresh pots. Read more
Terrible, rude and inconsiderate employees. Every time I go here I am left extremely disappointed. I don't expect a grand... welcome when I have to run to the store after a long day at work. Nor do I expect everyone to love their jobs.. I do expectemployees regardless of where they work to do their job as they are a reflection of the company that they work for. Not offeringa bag for my items was not a huge deal, stating rudely that they were not going to ring me up on the register they were standingbehind. Again not a big deal. However to hold a bag up (after I asked for one for my 4 items) and let go of it while I put myown things in it letting them fall is unacceptable. No apology, no helping to recover the items I just purchased isdisrespectful and rude. This is just the incident this evening, situations like this happen every time I go there. I wouldstrongly recommend proper employee training on how to deal with customers and customer service. I honestly can not say that Iwould ever suggest to anyone to go to this particular location, it is far better to drive further and go to WaWa instead. Noteven worth a single star rating.. Read more
