By any means do not come here. I've come here in the past and it was great. Seems like theres a new staff, and they don't seem... to care about their jobs, let alone a unique customer experience. The cashier was very nonchalant, not audible and not veryhelpful with menu options (very large menu). I asked what "turbinado" was and she replied, "I don't know, it's like sugar". Whenchecking out i couldn't even understand what she was saying due to her very low volume. I've been a loyal customer here foryears and I can say I'll never come to this (Middletown) smoothie king again. Read more
I was in the mood for something light for lunch . A smoothie sound like a plan. I never been here, nice place, the staff were... very pleasant. I SO, SO, SO badly want to give them 5 or even 10 stars if that was an option. The only.reason I cannot give 5 stars is because... of the service. I feel that this location (Middletown hwy 35 & New Monmouth Rd) needs a little bit older / more experiencedwomen and men to work here rather than kids who are too shy can't speak loud enough and don't know what the heck they are doing. Had dental work done so am struggling with solid foods---so I tried smoothie king for the first time---wow---it was awesome.... Delicious---lots of choices---was a great alternative for lunch. Loved it. Read more
Fantastic! My wife and I just enjoyed smoothies for lunch. Really delicious and filling, and definitely a WAY BETTER option. ... She wanted vegan and had a lot to choose from. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommend! Read more
