I have been coming to this location for years. The staff has underwent quite a change. They have young kids making the orders... and on this day I could see the frustration on so many patrons. Orders were being messed up...the place was in a disarray. Someworkers did not know what you wanted exactly as a drink. Very upsetting.. Starbucks has gone downhill and their pricesupskyhigh Corporate needs to really reevaluate their whole structure. Missed my older baristas. Read more
This Starbucks can get really busy at certain times. But they continue to provide our favorite drinks with consistency & the... staff is pleasant despite being understaffed. Sometimes when there?s a long line they are simultaneously filling mobileorders Which is really unfair to the workers and customers who have to wait long.. I hope management can step in & reorganize oradd staff members instead of expecting them to do everything! Read more
I was fired here because I drew an innocuous cartoon doodle on the fridge. I know...terrible. I worked for the company for... almost 5 years and this is how they return the favor? Anyhow, Starbucks is a failing corporation and has exhausted itscapability to deliver quality products like it did 10-15 years ago. Inflated prices, intentional under-staffing, productconstantly unavailable. If you want Starbucks to improve, supporting unionization will ensure that partners actually have a sayin the business and therefore, the customer experience will exponentially improve. Read more
First time. Ordered 10 min ahead. 15 min wait per online. Stood another 30 min in store. They need serious help. They couldn?t... even make my espresso right because staff is so new. Corp needs to seriously get some experience in here and fix onlineordering times. Read more
Popular place for mobile ordering. Very crowded on Sunday mornings. You may need to wait a little. The bathrooms are clean.... There is seating here. T is conveniently located near a car wash and Target. Read more
The starbucks was very elegant and provided me with fantastic service. The coffee I ordered was delicious and customer service... was very courteous. I will be visiting again soon as I get there. They offer a wide variety of items ranging from coffee mugs tomuffins and coffee. The seating is very quaint and offers a good comforting area to relax. This sits a great place to sit downand get some work done. It's also a great place to just catch up with friends and have a great view to look at while sittingoutside. Read more
Good place ????, some times long lines, but busy area. Good vibe ???? Always have some new hip music playing, usually for sale... at the counter, not always! I enjoy that the company is always tri n to stay fresh and contemporary, the interior design, decor changes at regular intervals. Beyond holiday decorations, new tables, chairs, art work etc. A good business model, ifthey can stay interesting and inviting. Read more
This is THE BEST STARBUCKS IN THE AREA! The staff is AMAZING SUPER SWEET! and they do everything they can for their costumers !... Talk about amazing customer service!
