We arrived just after 4pm on 11/29/22, and it wasn't busy. We waited as several workers were nearby and after a few minutes one... yelled across the room for someone to seat us, and eventually the bartender sat us, she seemed friendly. Our waitress wasextremely slow. Not sure if she knew how to work the handheld ordertaker or what the situation was. The table next to us got awrong dish. One of our forks was clean, that was nice, but we had to send the other back as it had food particles on it. Ourwaitress had 2 other tables and it was quite a while before just our drink and appetizer order was taken and quite a whilebefore they arrived. I asked if we could put in our dinner order and she said she has to take care of the other table andshe'll be right back. 15 minutes later she took our dinner order then had to verify what we ordered since the handheld erasedthe order. The chicken in the chicken tortilla soup was gray and scary. The frustrating part was seeing the other waitresstaking care of her 6 tables in the section next to us with ease, several tables arrived after we sat and they were already wellinto dining on their meals. At the 55 (FIFTY FIVE) minute mark without receiving our dinners, we were ready to just get up andwalk out, when I saw our waitress coming our way with our dinners. The fried shrimp were pretty good and the fiesta chicken wasalright. We ate it, as the table next to us complained that it was taking forever for them to get their bill. Our waitressdidn't return to see how things were for the next 20 minutes, I had to get her attention to bring a box and the check, thoughshe still only had 3 tables. She was quite attentive after she gave us the bill though, 3 visits in 5 minutes. This place has really taken a downturn since the pandemic and haven't seem to be able to recover like other competitor... restaurants. Last night (on a Sunday), we arrived at 4:45 and had to wait about 25 minutes for a table, despite numerous emptyones being visible (so clearly they have a staffing issue). Once we got seated, it took 10 minutes for the waitress to take ourorder and another 20 minutes for the food to come. So service times could definitely be improved. Food was good and came outhot, so no complaints there. But still doubtful that we will be coming back here anytime soon. Other restaurants in the areaprovide a better value with less wait times. From the time we walked in to the time we left. I have an onion allergy and was given a burger with onions. I had to send it... back 4 times. The last time they brought it out had no onions but was raw. At that point I was so over waiting I ate the partsthat weren't too bad and left starving. The service sucked. The host looked miserable and would speak up. And don't get mestarted on the server. She was clearly more concerned about her cell phone the entire time. I will go anywhere next time I'm inthe area. Horrible service! Went to the Middletown Applebee's with my 3 year old Son for lunch. After being seated I couldn't wash my... hands because the bathrooms were closed, 20 minutes later when my Son had to go to the bathroom they were both still closed forcleaning but all the workers were just standing around! When I inquired, the server was very rude, offered no apology orexplanation. I had to take my child across the street to another restaurant. I will never visit this restaurant again. Spendyour money someplace that cares about customer service or at least common decency. Read more

Awful experience...went on a Monday, they had maybe 12 tables in the whole restaurant. Table was gross and sticky. Server came... right away, and took drink and appetizer order. 15 minutes later, gave him lunch order. I specifically requested that the appand food come out separately. Server said no problem, shouldn't be an issue since they were put in 15 minutes apart. It tookanother 10 minutes, and the appetizer came out (25 minutes to arrive) Appetizer was cold, but the artichoke dip in the centerwas piping hot. Within another 3 minutes, the meals came out, and were delivered by the manager ( I knew that because she had amanager tag on). I expressed the issue to her, that our appetizer is mostly cold, and there was a 3 minute window between theappetizer delivery and the food. Her immediate response was to blame the server, and say he put everything in the same time. Heronly offer was to put our lunches back under the heat lamp, as she put it, until we were ready to eat them. As for theappetizer, she said that she could put in to have it completely remade, which somewhat defeated the purpose of getting anappetizer. At no point did she apologize, or offer any compensation. All she did was offer to put our food under a heat lamp,and threw the server under the bus. Not to mention that I asked for the chicken fingers to come with barbecue, came withMustard, which I told the manager that delivered the food, she said she would bring the BBQ right out, 7 minutes went by, noBBQ. Server never came back, asked the hostess for it, she went and got it. Server didn't check back, had to stop him in histravels and ask for things. He seemed more occupied with chatting with the bartender. Had to ask for the check, had to wait awhile for that, had to ask for containers, and wait a while for that. The table was dirty that the host brought us to, so my daughter grabbed paper towels and started cleaning it. The waitress came... over and just watched! Never said, "I'm sorry, let me do that", nothing. Then we ordered chicken wonton and the chicken was icecold. Sent them back. Plus, I ordered the $1 shrimp as an add on and they brought this "cocktail sauce" that looked likeketchup. They had heated it up, for some reason and it wasn't liquid and it wasn't solid, it was like a thick glue. I turnedit upside down and it wouldn't even come out! Staff was very nice, but food was poor. Steak was over cooked, mash potatoes tasted more like sour cream than potatoes.... Mozzarella sticks were cold. Spinach artichoke dip and fried shrimp were good. Prime rib dipper sandwich was bland. Would notrecommend. Read more

The absolute worst experience in any restaurant ever. Got seated, that went fine. Waited a very long time just to see our... waitress. Only to tell us she?ll be with us in a minute. After ten minutes pass I looked and found the punk manager who wasn?teven close to nice or accommodating. It?s like he didn?t like me from get go. I will never ever again come back.
