I usually don?t bother to write negative reviews but I haven?t stopped thinking about my visit to this establishment on Sunday,... November 20th (around 5:30ish pm). I was patiently waiting for my food and while doing so, I went to the soda machine to fill upmy family?s drinks. A very nice young gentleman was gathering my order. As he handed me the last of my order, he noticed I hadtwo large cups I also had to carry so he offered me a cardboard drink tray. As I accepted the tray, he grabbed a stack of 2 andbegan to separate them, just as I or anyone probably would have. I?m assuming she was a manager, but this woman started YELLINGin a overly rude, strong tone at him not to separate the trays. Instead of calmly explaining to the young man that they weremeant to double for stability, she angrily yelled at him in front of me. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional to disciplinean employee like that in front of a customer. Whether he had a bad day or may have perhaps been screwing things up that day,it?s absolutely not acceptable to speak like that to ANYONE in front of customers, or perhaps at all. I?m upset with myself thatI didn?t stick up for this young man since he did nothing wrong and was nothing but kind and helpful. I wished I told the womanhow unprofessional she was and how she needs to learn how to speak to people. I hope this young man has thick skin and doesn?tlet people like her get to him. I was come here couple times so fair food is fresh fast and clean I like dolson. Better then 211
Every time I go to this location, I asked for a receipt and they can't give me one because they always have a reason the... machines broken they don't have paper Etc. Can a manager answer this question why I can't get a receipt? Thank you Read more
This is a great establishment with excellent service. There's one in particular, a handsome, kind and generous man named... Senaud. He goes above and beyond to make sure that the orders are correct and the customers are happy. It's always such apleasure visiting Burger King whenever he's working. I just know that I'm going to get top notch satisfying customer servicewhen he's on shift!! Thanks Burger King for hiring the best that Middletown has to offer! ?? Read more
The employees there know me at this point from how much I visit. I think I've eaten there over 100 times this year alone, and... have been disappointed maybe two or three times. For fast food, that's surprising. In the summer, sometimes the nearbyMcDonald's has a line wrapping around the parking lot, but I can get in and out of the BK drive thru in minutes. Read more
The chicken fries are more fries than chicken. Absolute waste of money. The French fries are ok when warm. Mozzarella sticks are... ok as well and most other items are ok. Read more
Rude Immigrants do not take Amex, no receipts because they claim machine has not worked in a year. Long wait for food, and... staff has the mentality of children. Avoid this location at all costs as you will be totally disappointed like me. Called BKCustomer Service and I am sure it all fell on deaf ears. BK should terminate this location and send the immigrants back southof the boarder. Read more
