Good place to get some great quality icecream, but they always run out of coconut.

Love the Customer service she Made the Cake Amazing So very good my Daughter loved it.
The selections are nice, however the owner needs to take a class in Common Courtesy when running a Business. Some of her... employees are no better, but I don't blame them because they watch their bosses' callous additude and then they follow suit. Whorolls their eyes at customers when they walk in to pick up a Special Order Ice Cream Cake? The owner at this Carvel Locationdoes. That's who. Then the girl rushes you out like you are some type of nuisance. Some guy was in the back when I went to pickup my cake, who did not work there while the owner was making a cake. I guess it was for him, but why couldn't he wait in frontlike a regular customer? How sanitary is that? Health Department take notice. I think I will just get my next cake from thefrozen section in Shop rite and be done. The attitude of these people sends out a bad energy that I don't need in my cakes or mylife. Read more
Carvel is everyones favorite soft serve ice cream. The young lady that served us was curt and rushed (I understand people want... to be served but customer service should still mean something) The container for sundaes (medium in this case) wasnt even filledto me it feels like they try to get over on you. I have such happy memories of going to Carvel growing up in NY, and rarely get to have it so naturally, I HAD to stop once I saw... the huge sign out front facing the street. There was once catch, Im Vegan so Im always reluctant to go to places that dont havevegan options. Thankfully, they did have a few to choose from. I chose the raspberry sorbet, in a cup with 2 scoops.. and ittasted like heaven. I wish it were the vanilla soft serve that I had as a child, but they didnt have that dairy free so I had togo with the sorbet. It was a good alternative but I am hopeful they will come up with dairy free soft serve soon. Read more
