I've had cheesesteaks all over including Philly Pat's, Jim's, Genos etc All though this is not on that level was still not bad... for a Fast food chain. Cheese steaks very good but the smallest I ever seen in Middletown would be great if you made them a little bigger for the price

I used my credit card here once and ever since then I get unauthorized charges on my card stating its from "Charley's Philly... Steaks". I had almost 10 Unauthorized charges. My bank called me to question me about it and I had to get a new card. Do not useyour card here!!! They still have my old card information and still try to use it! Read more

Got the chicken buffalo, which had buffalo sauce, provolone, and jalapenos. Mostly tasted the buffalo sauce and jalapenos and it... was pretty salty. The sub bread was not like super soft and chewy like I'd prefer. Not terrible but not great. I've had bettersubs before from here. Read more

While I?m ordering today this evening, I thought it will be a great choice. But reality is not. I ordered their Bacon3... cheesesteak. Taste of the sandwich is average type. Absolutely disgusting. They basically gave me bread with mayonnaise slathered on top. The steak was very thin and unseasoned. My... family and I took one bite of our meal and threw it out instantly since they refused to reimburse us or even correct theirmistakes. The biggest waste of money in my whole entire life. The employees should honestly be embarrassed about their customerservice, and preparation of the food. Horrible. The owners should definitely consider getting new staff/cooks or closing alltogether for that matter, considering that every single review is a bad one, and their rating is one star.
