I never had a bad experience with the staff, but that may be because I only order take out/pick up. The stations however are a... mess. They need to work on cleaning properly and preparing the food properly. When I order a side of sour cream I would like tonot have to pick pieces of vegetables out of it. I think that?s considered ?cross contamination?, what if someone is allergic topeppers and there?s peppers in their side of sour cream? Just not cool, you know? it happens with my bowls too, I?ll have sometype of something I didn?t order in it. Read more
Extremely slow staff, watched the line for ten minutes and not a single order was made as they prioritized mobile orders. The... white female manager was walking around looking confused, uselessly wiping down the same counter and essentially doing nothing.I asked her why it's so slow and what she was doing and she replied, "I'm managing them" and continued to do nothing afterwardsbut wander around pointlessly some more. I just left from here and the line was very long, the staff here were moving very slow . For example it would be one worker... making the food while the other workers wonder around in the kitchen. The food also had no taste. Read more
I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I will never visit this establishment again. When I visited a few weeks ago, it was... absolutely filthy. There was soda all over the floor near the machine, even though they had just opened. As I bought a soda, Iwas informed there was no ice. I was okay with that as soda machines are normally refrigerated. Not this one. The soda came outwarm. Yuck. They had no change in the register so I had to pay with a card even though my preference was cash. The food wasokay, but given how dirty the place was, and other inconveniences I regretted my purchase. It made me wonder what kind ofstandards are kept in the kitchen. Read more
Horribly managed, workers weren't trained at all, worker sold me a fountain drink and told me after i paid for it that the soda... fountain wasn?t working, chips were all old and stale, the lady who wrapped my burrito did it wrong at first, and when it didn?tfit in the tin foil instead of using her brain and grabbing a second piece, she literally just grabbed my burrito and mushed itinto a ball completely ripping it apart to fit it into the single piece of tin foil. I ordered a corona light with a lime in it,and instead of putting a small piece in the beer, they gave me a whole lime just cut in half. Great food pretty fast service most of the time. But the other day they were an hour behind for online orders and to try to... cancel your order is a pain in the neck. The app should show if there is any delays qith your pickup times. Read more
Went here on Sunday evening around 8:00. There was a pretty long line as usual however it seem like there were a lot of workers... there not knowing what they were doing. They were out of a lot of the ingredients and my friend try to get chicken but theydidn?t have any. I got the steak but it was very cold and hard, like they didn?t prepare properly. They were also teaching thecashier how to put the food in the bag. I understand the need to train people, but I believe there are times that are moreconducive for training, such as when it?s less busy. Also they were out of napkins and the place was a mess. Terrible service! Long lines to serve and pick-up online orders. ONE person working with the online orders, while another... person cuts meat ignoring the other long line. After waiting 10 minutes it was announced the cash register is NOT working!!!All I wanted was Nachos! I will NOT return!
