I understand bring short staffed but you have to set proper expectations. We went at dinner time on a Friday night. We were... visiting to go to Legoland. It took quite some time to get our order taken after being seated. My son ordered the juniorchocolate chip pancakes and bacon. The bacon was shriveled and burnt and his pancakes were dry. My husband got the grand slam.He said it was okay. I ordered the chicken gravy biscuits with scrambled eggs. I got one chicken tender cut up over hardbiscuits with scrambled egg and what looked like milk all over the plate. It took so long to get our food that I just declinedto get another dish and they removed my meal from the ticket. We weren't given silverware and I had to go ask for it so that myhusband and son could eat before their food got colder. Not a good experience. Why would You ever present this glass to a customer! The water stains are bad enough but the glass isn?t even clean,it doesn?t... even matter wether the food was good or bad. I was immediately turned off with everything in this place after that. I nowunderstand why I haven?t been in here for years.They definitely need to update this place. There's a new cook (or maybe she was covering for someone) who's not as good as the regular cook. The vents are right above the... booths so the food comes to the table hot but gets cold after a couple of minutes. The waitress was nice & efficient. Read more
My Husband and I stopped by for breakfast and The server brought our food out at separate times . She was carrying the... silverware in HER ARMPITS. The food was brought out warm, however once we received our food the server never checked on usagain. We didn?t get a chance to order another drink. We were half way through our food and I got a bit full so I asked for abox. ?Natasha?. Slapped our receipt on the table and told us to have a good day. She didn?t even attempt to upsell us on thedessert (Which We Wanted) nor did she give us a chance to place a take out order. Mentioned it to the manager, she was just asdisregarding as her employee. We attempted to stop in one more time, because everyone has a bad day. As we waited to beseated, many employees walked by without even acknowledging us. Not even a quick greeting. The manager on duty literally lookedat us and turned her head. A customer that was ready to leave stepped next to us (by the register) she ran to him and STILL SAIDNOTHING TO US.
