I can?t explain why I generally hate hibachi. Every time I?ve gone I found it to be quite cheesy and loud. The cringy... performances just make me feel like the chef was being held against their will and being forced to perform. With that beingsaid, I found Fuji to be fun and authentic. It wasn?t too over the top. It was just enough cheesy mixed with some actualtalent! The staff here are the true stars of this place! I received attentive service and warm and friendly vibes from everysingle person I met who worked here! The place was clean and the service was prompt! The drinks were delicious and as strong asyou?d expect from a restaurant. All in all I enjoyed my food and the atmosphere! I would definitely come again!!! Read more
We?ve been to many Japanese Restaurants and this one definitely stepped up and did an amazing job! Food was done quick and... efficient; the chef was funny And very entertaining especially for our boys. I love when they interact with the boys and makethem feel part of the show. The kids love hibachi shows especially fire parts. The drinks were delicious and the area was veryclean. Very spacious dining room. I?d highly recommend this place. Read more

Fuji is my favorite! It is my go-to place for Hibachi in the Hudson Valley! I've been going for years for birthdays,... celebrations, and casual dining. Extremely family oriented. The chefs are consistent , and the food is always fresh anddelicious . Of course, on busier days, such as weekends and dinnertime, seating and wait times are longer, but the experience isworthwhile. If you're really hungry, try to sit at a regular dining table or at the sushi bar to avoid a long wait. Overall, I'dsay the place could use some updating; it's a very busy place, and I imagine it's difficult to attend to the minor details thatmay be important to some customers. We?ve walked by here several times and have seen that it is consistently busy so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately it... is a one and done for us. The restaurant itself is pretty gross, it has the vibe of a Japanese themed Chuck E Cheese. Screamingchildren, sticky floors and tables, disgusting bathrooms? the feeling that you?re in a mall is incredibly apparent yet theprices do not reflect that. The udon noodles were flavorless and overcooked. The sushi had a super chemically flavor and thecolors of the fish resembled nothing like any sushi I?ve eaten before.
