This restaurant has seriously improved in the last year. There was no wait on a Tuesday night at 6, and we got a clean booth for... 5 people. We had just enough time to settle when our waiter delivered bread and butter and took drink and app orders. Ourwaiter, Jon Williams, put each app in individually, so each one came out as it was ready. We ordered our dinners, which were allcorrect when delivered just as our apps were finished. We forgot to add mushrooms to an order, and even though it was late inour meal, Jon had them out in no time. The food was excellent, tables clean, waiter was fast, accommodating and pleasant. The service was amazing! My family and I love going to outback but tonight was awesome! We had a nice man greet us at the door... and show us to our seat. And actually this time my steak was a little undercooked than usual so I asked for it to be cookedslightly longer and everyone was so nice. The manager even came back to check on us and the service was just great ingeneral. We will definitely be coming back soon! Read more
David was amazing as our server!!! He was an absolute sweetheart giving us time to enjoy our meal but also being sure to check... in as needed to make sure we had great service! One of our most pleasant experiences at Outback Steakhouse to date and sure tohave us back again! Definitely recommend David as a server! This Outback is truly spectacular. Who knew a chain establishment could surpass expectations and provide such wonderful service.... The food is cooked to perfection, the atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, and the service is just the cherry on top. Nick,our server, went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our visit to Outback, and thanks to him we will be back for more. We decided to eat here during an overnight trip to Legoland as I discovered Outback had a dedicated gluten free menu. As a... family with food allergies, it is difficult to find trustworthy and accommodating places to eat. Upon arrival, we notified thehostess of our allergy needs. A manager came out to speak to me more in depth regarding how some of the menu items are preparedand suggest ways we could safely order and modify items to fit our needs. I was very impressed with the manager's knowledge ofthe food preparation, ingredients used, and willingness to accommodate our family. There are not many places that go above andbeyond but Outback is one of them. They informed me they take allergies very seriously and it showed. Our waitress alreadyknew what we needed upon being seated. The manager even followed up to ensure everything was satisfactory. Our server, Ibelieve her name was Lacey, was excellent and very accommodating as well. Thank you Outback for exceeding our expectations! Ohand the food was delicious and cooked perfectly as well. My steak had a smell of not being fresh, oh!!! now I know what that smell is like the blood ran out of the meat disgusting. my... Asparagus was soggy, the blooming onion had the outer shell fried on it you couldn't eat it. The best thing on the plate was themixed veggies . Oh and the salad came out with black stuff on it like old lettuce. Sad situation ???? ????. The meal wasn't notworth 117.00, maybe in peanuts not dollars.
