Popeyes in Monticello just opened recently and I have so far been there three times now and all three times my experience there... has been terrible. They can?t seem to get my order right, I know it?s been busy but I?m not the only one who has had this issue,working fast food sucks but clearly the workers are also high or intoxicated as the lady sounded really drunk over the intercomand badly messed up my order and seemed annoyed when I confronted her about it, food quality wasn?t great and I would eat thereat your own risk as it seems undercooked and is not being handled properly too. This place has really gone down. I'm determined not to eat here anymore until they get it together. If you order thru the app,... you shouldn't be made to go thru the drive thru with 10-15 cars sitting in it to get your food. What was the point? The foodwas subpar, even the side dish was not good. Also I ordered the spicy tenders, and it was dry, all breading. There was only athin layer of meat there. Of course I reached out to them and left a complaint. Did anyone ever respond? Of course not!
